Everything you need to know about plans, credits, billing, and scaling with Arivonix AI.
Credits (also known as Arivonix Processing Unit) is calculated based on Compute, Data Storage, Data Transfer and Data Analytics. Typically, 1 credit is 10 secs of processing time. Please refer to the Pricing Calculator for estimating your monthly cost on top of your current credits.
Your credits don’t expire for upto 12 months, once you have purchased those with your subscription and if you have not consumed them fully.
Absolutely, if you haven’t fully utilized credits during a particular month, they will be rolled over into your next month credit to consume as long as your subscription is active.
Your free trial access will start as soon as you subscribe to it. You will get a notification email from us once you have subscribed, and after that you will be sent the access credentials to start using the platform.
For both Free Trial and Starter Pack, you can use any of your email addresses, so you can use the platform for projects that you have in mind. For Professional Pack onwards, you will need to your organization email address.
Arivonix pricing policy is aimed at helping organizations pay only as they scale or consume. By providing these plans, organizations don’t have to pay upfront until they see the value of the platform and recognize the monetary value of their data and the use cases.
Yes, you can use any acceptable international credit cards and as you subscribe to one of our subscription plans (except for Enterprise Plan where you will be invoiced directly).
Yes, Arivonix already has SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
